Jazoon Conference 2009

I gave a talk on the Google Web Toolkit at the Jazoon Conference 2009. The session was not about typical visual concepts like widgets, layouts and styles, but about the true force that is driving GWT: Deferred binding and the Linker subsystem. I made a little demo to showcase what I was talking about, feel free to download and use the code as you please.
  • The slides should be available from the Jazoon website quite soon...
  • System tray integration using an Applet, GWT Deferred binding and a custom Linker  download.gif

Herbstcampus Conference 2008

I gave a talk on the Google Web Toolkit at the Herbstcampus Conference 2008. I made a demo using the Google AJAX Search API to embed some search results into a GWT application. I also prepared an example how to send files back and forth between the client and the server. As expected I run out of time, so I could not present the second example during the talk. Feel free to download and use the code as you please.
